HR People Operations – French & English

About the role

We are looking for an HR People Operations professional to join our global technology leader’s HR Shared Service Center in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring a smooth and consistent employee experience across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for employee and manager inquiries via video calls, phone, messaging, or ticketing systems.
• Guide new joiners from offer letter through their first day and beyond, handling onboarding and mobility processes.
• Maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
• Support international teams with day‑to‑day HR tasks, including onboarding, mobility, and documentation.
• Create HR offer letters, reports, and other documents that simplify employee processes.
• Participate in HR projects and continuously improve operational workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management or a related field (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience in HR operations (preferred).
• Fluency in French (mandatory) and advanced English.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse cultures.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solution‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with Workday or similar HR platforms.
• Experience with ServiceNow or comparable ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
