Graduate Sales Executive – French Market

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Graduate Sales Executive to focus on the French market. The role is part of a structured Graduate Sales Programme designed for recent graduates, offering intensive training and hands‑on experience with real clients. You will help expand Revolut’s business customer base by delivering its financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential customers across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on cold‑calling.
• Develop and execute a lead‑sourcing strategy, identifying key verticals and diversifying the prospect base.
• Build and manage a personal sales pipeline from initial contact through closing and ongoing account management, driving adoption and upsell opportunities.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and daily usage experience for customers.
• Balance time effectively between prospecting, closing, and upselling while activating internal resources.
• Apply solution‑based selling techniques to understand client needs and communicate Revolut’s value proposition.
• Become a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and relevant case studies.

Required profile

• University graduate in 2024 or 2025.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone articulation.
• Strong written communication skills.
