French‑Speaking Support Specialist – Manufacturing Execution Systems

About the role

Sofyne Active Technology is looking for a French‑speaking Support Specialist to join its global support team for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects. You will work across the full project lifecycle, from design and implementation to post‑go‑live support, ensuring customers receive reliable technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client expectations and prioritize support tickets (L2/L3).
• Provide on‑site and remote technical assistance to key users during solution deployment and to sites already in production.
• Analyse issues, propose definitive solutions or work‑arounds, and develop corrective code when needed.
• Oversee application releases, software deployment and perform technical audits at customer sites.
• Contribute to internal tool and process improvements and build a knowledge repository for support queries.
• Participate in 24/7 shift support to ensure continuous service availability.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with integrity and confidence.
• Personable, self‑motivated, diligent and results‑oriented.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
