French‑Speaking Customer Support Agent – POS Solutions (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a French‑speaking Customer Support Agent, providing assistance for POS system solutions. This fully remote position is based in Porto, Portugal, and focuses on delivering high‑quality service to merchants across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Be the voice of the company, handling French‑speaking customers via phone, email, chat and social media.
• Provide product and service assistance to merchants, answering inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other departments to improve processes and enhance the merchant experience.
• Participate in escalation handling and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (C1) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2) and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Empathetic, patient and able to manage complex issues and escalations.
• Previous experience in a customer support or call‑center environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with omnichannel support tools (phone, chat, email).
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets and computers simultaneously.
