About the role

Join a global technology and services leader as a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative supporting Volkswagen customers from the comfort of your home in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring high‑quality service and contributing to the overall customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels and log interactions in CRM systems.
• Build strong relationships by handling requests quickly and professionally.

Required profile

• Fluent French (written and oral) and good English (minimum B2 level).
• At least 1 year of experience in technical roles or automotive customer service.
• Passion for automotive topics and familiarity with digital technologies.
• Ability to understand policies, procedures, warranties, and market geography.
• Strong decision‑making and documentation skills.
• Proven problem‑solving abilities and a focus on delivering solutions.
