Flight Attendant – Helicopter Operations for Peacekeeping Missions

About the role

Avant Oben GmbH is recruiting on behalf of a leading helicopter operator that supports international peacekeeping and humanitarian missions across Africa. The role involves providing safety, security, and comfort to passengers on helicopter flights operating in remote locations such as Uganda, the Sahel region, and the Central African Republic.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety, security, and comfort throughout each flight.
• Maintain clear communication with ground personnel at remote airfields.
• Assist with flight documentation, onboard procedures, and safety briefings.
• Supervise loading and unloading of luggage and essential cargo.

Required profile

• Valid Flight Attendant license.
• Minimum 100 flight hours (airline or helicopter).
• Fluent English (written and spoken), IELTS 6.0 or ICAO level preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding conditions.
