Finance Lecturer (AI Training)

About the role

We are looking for experienced finance lecturers to help train cutting‑edge AI models. In this fully remote, flexible contract you will evaluate and improve the financial reasoning generated by large language models, ensuring the outputs match graduate‑level rigor.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated finance questions, explanations and reasoning for accuracy, clarity and completeness.
• Assess complex topics such as valuation, risk assessment, capital markets and financial economics.
• Identify errors, misconceptions or gaps in the AI’s financial reasoning.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve model outputs.
• Apply teaching experience to spot common conceptual mistakes made by students.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing 10–40 hours per week.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years teaching finance or economics at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of corporate finance, financial markets or financial economics.
• Ability to critically evaluate written financial reasoning and explain corrections.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and detail‑oriented.
