DevOps Engineer – Remote

About the role

KCS IT is seeking a proactive DevOps Engineer to join its remote team. You will work across multiple client projects, helping to automate, monitor, and scale cloud‑based solutions while ensuring high availability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage cloud environments on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Implement containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Establish observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or Datadog.
• Troubleshoot production issues, ensure high availability, and automate testing, scaling, and security hardening.
• Maintain configuration management and version control across environments.
• Document infrastructure processes and share best practices with the team.

Required profile

• Strong passion for automation, cloud technologies, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
