Customer Growth Executive

About the role

Fuse Universal is seeking a commercially‑driven Customer Growth Executive to accelerate revenue expansion within its existing client base. You will champion Fuse’s AI‑powered learning and performance platform, Lyra, and help customers unlock additional value across the broader Fuse ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial conversations around Lyra and AI‑enabled learning capabilities with existing customers.
• Own a portfolio of accounts, proactively identifying and pursuing upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions Consulting to detect customer signals, uncover capability gaps, and shape expansion proposals.
• Drive expansion revenue for strategic add‑on solutions such as Creative learning services, Course+, branded apps, connectors, and partner content libraries.
• Support selected new‑business opportunities where relevant.

Required profile

• Commercially motivated, curious and highly self‑driven.
• Passionate about AI, workplace transformation and turning customer insight into commercial opportunity.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across sales, success and consulting teams.
