Business Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Manager to join our Lisbon team at CONKORD, a global technology group focused on AI and digital transformation. Reporting to the Business Unit Leader, you will drive new business, nurture client relationships and support the growth of our consulting talent.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities in the IT market.
• Build and manage long‑term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Contribute to revenue targets and team expansion goals.
• Manage existing accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Lead, support and develop consultants throughout their career.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top IT talent.
• Monitor project delivery, consultant allocation and client expectations.
• Participate in business unit strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business Information Systems, HR, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Business Manager, Account Manager, Business Developer or similar in IT consulting or outsourcing.
• Strong interest in technology, digital transformation and business development.
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial, results‑oriented mindset with high resilience and autonomy.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
