Bilingual French/English Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join TalentPop’s fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution of inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in French and English through chat and email.
• Handle customer questions, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in both French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously.
• Reliable home office setup with a computer (i5 or equivalent) and 25 Mbps internet.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
