About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven B2C Sales Agent to serve the Portuguese market. Working remotely, you will turn inbound leads into satisfied homeowners for Timber Cabins, a premium wooden house manufacturer.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads generated by marketing channels – no cold calling required.
- Consult prospects by phone, email and online chat, guiding them through the full buying journey.
- Prepare customised offers, negotiate terms and close sales.
- Provide expert advice before and after purchase, ensuring long‑term customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Fluent Portuguese and good English for internal communication.
- Proven B2C or B2B sales experience using phone, email or online channels.
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems is a strong plus.

- Base salary €1,300–€1,500 net per month plus performance bonuses (average €3,000–€8,000 per month, top earners up to €15,000).
