Agent / Car Cleaner – Part‑time (Porto)

About the role

Join Roadsurfer’s Porto station as a hands‑on Agent who ensures our campers are spotless and our guests feel welcomed. This part‑time position (20 hours per week) combines vehicle cleaning, customer interaction, and daily station support.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of camper‑vans.
• Assist customers during pick‑up and return, providing a friendly and memorable experience.
• Support the station team with routine tasks such as organizing equipment and maintaining a tidy workspace.
• Ensure all vehicles meet Roadsurfer’s cleanliness standards before each rental.

Required profile

• Enjoy practical, hands‑on work rather than office‑based tasks.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Fluent in Portuguese (preferably native) and able to communicate effectively in English.
