Agent & Car Cleaner (Part‑time) – Lisbon

About the role

Join Roadsurfer’s station team in Lisbon as a part‑time Agent and Car Cleaner. You will keep our campervans spotless, support customers during pick‑up and return, and help create memorable road trips for our happy travellers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform exterior and interior cleaning of campervans, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks as needed.
• Greet customers, explain vehicle features, and provide a friendly hand‑over experience.
• Support daily station operations, including organising vehicles and handling administrative tasks.
• Promote Roadsurfer’s corporate benefits and discount programmes to customers.

Required profile

• Hands‑on mentality; enjoys practical work over office tasks.
• Valid driving licence and confidence driving a vehicle.
• Good communication skills in Portuguese and English to interact with customers.
