Admissions Officer & Sales Consultant (International School)

About the role

Prime School International is expanding its Admissions Team to support growing demand for its international education programmes. As an Admissions Officer & Sales Consultant you will be the first point of contact for families, guiding them through the entire enrolment journey and showcasing the school’s value proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full admissions cycle from lead qualification to final enrolment.
• Conduct initial outreach, assess prospect fit, and maintain ongoing communication.
• Organise and lead campus visits, integrating pedagogical information into the sales process.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, analyse performance indicators, and generate reports.
• Negotiate terms and close enrolments with professionalism.
• Collaborate with campus directors and academic staff to ensure a seamless experience for families.

Required profile

• Secondary education completed; university degree preferred but not mandatory.
• 2‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in education or B2C/B2B environments.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with the Cambridge International Curriculum or British education system valued.
• Proactive, resilient, results‑oriented, and comfortable working across cultures.

Required skills

• Strong command of digital tools and computer literacy.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
