About the role

WeTransact is seeking an Account Manager to own post‑go‑live customer relationships, driving revenue growth on its marketplace. Based in Lisbon, you’ll act as the primary point of contact, guiding partners through adoption, co‑sell motions and AI‑enhanced workflows.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the account after go‑live, serving as the main contact and accountable for marketplace revenue growth.
  • Assess partner maturity and recommend programs such as IP Co‑sell eligibility, Certified Software status, and new channel strategies.
  • Implement adoption initiatives that convert live listings into transactions, including CRM integration, Crossbeam setup, sales compensation parity, and Microsoft incentives.
  • Challenge under‑performing customers, delivering revised plans rather than status updates.
  • Connect customers with appropriate Microsoft Account Executives and Partner Development Managers to build effective co‑sell motions.
  • Leverage AI tools daily for research, quarterly business review preparation, and pipeline management.

Required profile

  • Minimum 4 years of quota‑carrying sales experience at a B2B tech company.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts; CSM or account management experience is a plus.
  • Revenue‑focused mindset; adoption is a means, not the metric.
  • Fluent English with strong presentation skills for customers and Microsoft stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing 30+ accounts simultaneously and providing candid feedback.
  • Daily, instinctive use of AI tools.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with Crossbeam or partner data platforms.
  • Understanding of Microsoft partner ecosystem and co‑sell processes.
  • Proficiency in AI‑driven research and pipeline tools.
