User Support Technician – Junior & Senior

About the role

We are looking for User Support Technicians at both junior and senior levels to join a leading telecommunications and technology company. The role involves providing on‑site technical assistance to end users, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring smooth operation of Windows‑based systems.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line (junior) and advanced (senior) technical support to end users.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace hardware components for laptops, desktops and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Register, analyse, and resolve incidents using ticketing and incident‑management tools.
• Monitor support tickets, ensure compliance with service‑level agreements and document resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to guarantee service continuity.

Required profile

• High school diploma (12th grade) or equivalent.
• Junior: minimum 3 years of experience in IT HelpDesk or support roles.
• Senior: minimum 10 years of experience in IT HelpDesk or support roles.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows systems administration.
• Hardware troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Use of ticketing/incident‑management tools.
• Basic networking knowledge.
