UA/Growth Manager

About the role

Billdu is seeking a UA/Growth Manager to drive user acquisition and organic growth for its mobile applications. You will work across paid and organic channels, optimizing campaigns in multiple markets to acquire new customers profitably.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid campaigns on iOS and Android (Apple Search Ads, Meta, Google UAC, TikTok) across 15+ markets.
• Improve App Store Optimization through keyword research, metadata updates, screenshots and A/B testing.
• Analyse performance data with AppsFlyer, calculate ROAS and recommend data‑driven next steps.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce performance‑focused ad assets.
• Identify, test and scale new growth channels and opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing UA campaigns for mobile apps or games.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on insights.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily workflow.
• Self‑driven attitude: you learn, ask and experiment when faced with unknowns.
