Test Manager / Test Lead (French Speaker)

About the role

Inetum is seeking a Test Manager / Test Lead who is fluent in French to lead end‑to‑end testing activities across multiple projects and business domains. You will be responsible for defining test strategies, coordinating execution, and ensuring high‑quality delivery in both Agile and traditional environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define test strategies, plans, scope, estimations, schedules and resource requirements.
• Coordinate testing throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Drive test design, execution, defect management, reporting and closure activities.
• Assess testing readiness and provide Go/No‑Go recommendations for key milestones.
• Manage testing risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Lead governance meetings, monitor KPIs and deliver status and execution reports.
• Coordinate business users and cross‑functional teams during test preparation and execution.
• Support continuous improvement, lessons learned and testing best practices.
• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to testing teams, promoting a culture of quality and collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid).
• Professional working proficiency in English (preferred) and mandatory French.
• Experience in Agile environments and large‑scale enterprise transformation projects is highly valued.
• Previous experience in testing projects within Life Insurance, Insurance or Banking sectors is desirable.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies and best practices.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent testing knowledge.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery models.
