Technical Report Creator – Quality & Standards

Key responsibilities

• Perform Preventive Quality Plan (PQP) tasks;
• Analyze quality-related data and apply lessons learned to new projects through PQR;
• Transfer plant experience and technical know-how to new projects, based on previous experience and identified issues;
• Define unspecified tolerances according to International Standards (DIN, ISO, EN, JIS), RB Standards, BPVs, customer standards/specifications, and product requirements;
• Prepare and lead internal and external quality discussions during the PPAP phase.

Required profile

• Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• High sense of responsibility; strong communication skills; results‑oriented; problem‑solving mindset; strong team spirit.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of quality tools and technical documentation
• Experience in the materials quality field
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office
