Excellence & Transformation Partner

About the role

Airbus Portugal is seeking an Excellence & Transformation Partner to join its Global Business Services (GBS) team. You will work across transition management, operational performance and continuous improvement to help shape the future operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end GBS transition from preparation through stabilization, including knowledge transfer, risk management and onboarding.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators, provide insights for performance improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, engage subject‑matter experts and enable digital tools such as RPA, low‑code platforms and AI.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management experience with a proven track record in process re‑engineering and automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Business Process Management / Lean methodologies (Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum).
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA), process analytics, low/no‑code tools, AI usage.
