System Administrator – Linux & Windows

About the role

InnoTech is looking for a motivated Systems Administrator to join a team of 180+ professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of both Linux and Windows Server environments across cloud and on‑premises infrastructures.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor Linux and Windows Server platforms in hybrid environments.
• Maintain system availability, stability, and performance through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, and optimise infrastructure solutions.
• Document system configurations, incidents, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
• Hands‑on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper‑V, CloudStack or Proxmox VE.
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues and produce clear technical reports.
• Portuguese fluency and either CPLP nationality or a valid EU work permit.
