Software Engineer – Full Stack (All Genders)

Join Diconium’s global team of experts to build modern, scalable platforms that drive digital transformation for Fortune 500 firms and SMEs. As a Full‑Stack Software Engineer you will own features from concept to production, working across UI, backend services, and data layers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Build responsive, reusable UI components using React and TypeScript.
• Work with SQL and optionally NoSQL databases to ensure performance and reliability.
• Contribute to event‑driven architectures with Kafka where applicable.
• Implement testing, observability, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps/SRE on CI/CD pipelines and operational excellence.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of professional IT experience.
• Proven full‑stack experience with Java (Spring Boot) and modern frontend frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Ability to take ownership of features and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
