Social Media Manager – Hospitality

About the role

Neptune Commune, a hospitality group in Lisbon, is looking for a Social Media Manager who understands hospitality, loves community, and pays attention to the small details that make guests feel welcome. You will own the online presence of all Neptune brands, shaping strategy, creating engaging content, and driving audience interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Telegram.
• Plan, launch and coordinate paid media campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Develop the content calendar together with the Creative Lead.
• Drive growth, engagement and community building across platforms.
• Oversee influencer collaborations and user‑generated content strategy.

Required profile

• Comfortable owning social media strategy and execution.
• Familiar with paid media and analytics.
• Strong communicator in both English and Portuguese.
• Genuinely cares about brand tone, detail and consistency.
