Social Media Manager – Drive Brand Growth

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a Social Media Manager to shape and execute innovative social media strategies that boost brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive measurable growth. You will work closely with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to ensure social efforts align with broader business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging text, image, and short‑form video content that reflects the brand voice.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive online community.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and refine campaigns accordingly.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high‑quality social assets.
• Plan and manage paid social advertising campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing social media campaigns and online communities for brands.
• Strong copywriting ability and a clear understanding of brand voice.
• Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
• Experience using social media analytics platforms and translating data into actionable insights.
