Social Media Manager – AI‑Powered Planner

About the role

As a Social Media Manager at Air Apps, you will develop and execute innovative social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive growth in followers, engagement, and conversions for our AI‑powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging text, image, and short‑form video content that aligns with the brand voice.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive online community.
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions, refining campaigns accordingly.
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive, high‑quality content.
• Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing social media campaigns and online communities for brands.
• Strong copywriting ability and deep understanding of brand voice.
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
• Experience using social media analytics tools and translating data into actionable insights.
