SEO/SEM Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. The role is fully remote and focuses on increasing website visibility, driving qualified traffic, and optimizing advertising spend.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, expand keyword lists and optimize on‑page elements such as meta tags, content, and landing pages.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and work with developers to implement fixes.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Plan, launch and continuously optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads to maximize ROI and lower CPA.
• Monitor, report and analyse performance metrics using GA4, Google Search Console and other tools.
• Analyse competitor advertising, keyword strategies and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
