Senior Service Advisor

About the role

As a Senior Service Advisor at Tesla in Lisbon, you will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service. You will guide them through the entire service journey, from scheduling to vehicle hand‑over, ensuring a seamless and innovative experience that reflects Tesla’s brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via digital channels and face‑to‑face, providing scheduling updates, status reports, and payment information.
• Educate customers on Tesla products, the Tesla app, and answer queries using clear, customer‑friendly language.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming customer lounge and service entrance, and oversee parking lot organization.
• Manage the service fleet, conduct damage audits, flag service needs, and ensure vehicles are cleaned.
• Facilitate test drives, act as an ambassador for new products, and support additional sales opportunities.
• Handle unscheduled appointments and unexpected issues to keep workshop operations smooth.
• Perform basic visual diagnostics, record repair orders accurately, and stay informed on Tesla’s products and service processes.
• Collaborate closely with technicians and internal teams to deliver efficient service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably within a technical or automotive environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to build lasting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
• Digital fluency and quick adaptation to new technologies and systems.
• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
