Senior Project Manager – Remote Contract

About the role

INFUSE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives from analysis through implementation and automation. This remote, contract position blends strong project management expertise with a business‑analysis mindset to drive measurable improvements across teams and the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross‑departmental projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Analyze workflows and business processes, identify inefficiencies, and translate findings into actionable requirements.
• Drive process improvements through modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis.
• Lead change‑management efforts to secure stakeholder buy‑in and smooth transitions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams for integration of systems, processes, and technology solutions.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment through requirements gathering, progress updates, and expectation management.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of project‑management experience.
• Background in Business Analysis or Product Management.
• Proven track record of improving business processes and implementing changes.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Upper‑Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• AI integration experience (nice to have).
• Proficiency with no‑code/low‑code platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, and Bolt (nice to have).
