Senior Product Manager – Japanese Native, Bangkok

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Product Manager who is a native Japanese speaker to lead its white‑label offering in Bangkok. You will partner with B2B clients, ensuring they can integrate Agoda’s technology and data to deliver superior travel experiences for shared customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for white‑label solutions, from ideation through launch.
• Collaborate closely with white‑label partners to embed Agoda’s technological products on their platforms.
• Monitor market conditions, conduct competitor and technology landscape analyses, and prioritize opportunities.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligning short‑term tactics with long‑term strategy.
• Communicate product vision and progress to business heads, marketing, developers, and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Japanese and fluent English.
• Proven experience in product management within e‑commerce, travel, or related digital domains.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret conversion, ROI, bounce‑rate and other performance metrics.
• Ability to balance big‑picture strategic thinking with detailed execution.
