Senior OT Cybersecurity

About the role

Match Profiler, an Information Systems consultancy active since 1999, is looking for a Senior OT Cybersecurity professional to join its internal team or client projects on a hybrid basis (three days a week in Lisbon, Porto or Coimbra). The role focuses on embedding security throughout the full product development lifecycle for industrial and operational technology solutions.

Required skills

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on cyber security experience, preferably client‑facing
• Product security lifecycle experience across requirements, design, implementation and testing
• Practical implementation of IEC 62443 controls in OT environments
• Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC) integration, secure coding practices and threat modeling
• Data protection and encryption mechanisms for product/OT contexts
• Vulnerability management processes and security operations execution
