Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Vida Plena, an innovative hospitality group based in Lisbon, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual development across its 13 brands. Working in‑house, you will shape brand identities, refresh existing assets and create new visual concepts that enhance guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve brand assets for all current and future brands, including logos, typography, colour palettes and photography direction.
• Refresh existing brand systems to ensure coherence while preserving each brand’s unique character.
• Develop new brand identities from concept through launch, collaborating with founders and cross‑functional teams.
• Design a wide range of collateral: menus, posters, signage, packaging, uniforms, merchandise, print campaigns, social media assets, decks, digital ads, emails and occasional landing pages.
• Integrate AI tools into the design workflow for mood‑boarding, ideation, asset generation and production acceleration.
• Maintain brand guidelines and the asset library to enable fast, consistent work across the organisation.
• Brief and coordinate external partners such as illustrators, photographers, printers and agencies when needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional design experience in hospitality, retail, fashion, music, editorial or other consumer‑facing sectors.
• Timeless aesthetic with strong typographic sense and attention to detail (kerning, alignment, colour nuances).
• Curious mindset, constantly seeking new references and visual inspiration.
• Fluent English; Portuguese a plus.

• Strong print and digital design capabilities.
