Senior Designer

About the role

Join the AI, Insights & Solutions team within Bain’s digital capabilities practice as a Senior Designer. You will work in multidisciplinary squads alongside consultants, engineers, product managers and clients to create human‑centric, data‑driven solutions that leverage artificial intelligence for competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end strategic design process from discovery through launch and scale.
• Conduct qualitative research and synthesize findings into personas, journey maps and service blueprints.
• Co‑lead ideation workshops, translate concepts into compelling visual storytelling, and prototype at varying fidelities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to manage workstreams, align priorities and ensure high‑impact delivery.
• Facilitate co‑creative client engagements and help clients evolve new business models or offerings.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with strong design leadership experience.
• Proven ability to apply Human‑Centered Design principles to complex business challenges.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for client and multidisciplinary team interactions.
