Senior Customer Engagement & Communications Manager

About the role

MAN Global Business Services (GBS) is expanding its presence in Lisbon and seeks a Senior Customer Engagement & Communications Manager. You will lead the marketing and communication strategy for GBS in Portugal, promoting services to internal customers and supporting transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication and marketing plans aligned with GBS goals.
• Promote the GBS portfolio to internal stakeholders and assist business development activities.
• Support IT system and process change projects through clear, structured communication.
• Collaborate with communication teams in Germany and Poland to ensure a consistent global approach while owning local impact.
• Build and manage key channels such as LinkedIn and employer‑branding platforms.
• Define, track and analyse KPIs to measure the effectiveness of communication activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution skills.
• Experience working in a dynamic, international environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into impactful communication.
