SAP Financial Consolidation (EPM) Functional Administrator – French Required – Porto

About the role

We are looking for a functional administrator to manage and optimise our SAP Financial Consolidation (EPM) solution for a client in Porto. The role requires strong finance knowledge, French language skills and the ability to work closely with accounting, IT and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage the data entry environment within the consolidation tool.
• Maintain consolidation settings such as exchange rates, scopes and consolidation rules.
• Administer security settings, including owner groups, functional profiles and data access permissions.
• Provide first‑level support to users, handling credentials and resolving blocking issues.
• Ensure accurate data transfers between the consolidation tool and ERP or data‑warehouse systems.
• Monitor application performance and availability via the administration console.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational enhancements.
• Maintain and produce technical documentation.
• Continuously adapt the data model to evolving business and user requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including consolidation, management accounting and IT.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a functional administrator of financial consolidation tools.
• Proven experience with SAP Financial Consolidation, SAP EF or other EPM solutions such as Hyperion, Oracle or Tagetik.
• Solid understanding of accounting, financial consolidation and basic IFRS standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and interest in data modelling and database architecture.
• Fluent English (B2+) and functional French (B1+).
