Sales Specialist with French

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Sales Specialist who is fluent in French and English to join our remote team in Portugal. The role combines customer experience with commercial impact, focusing on retaining existing customers, reducing churn, and driving upsell opportunities for a global digital brand.

Key responsibilities

• Engage French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat with a sales‑oriented mindset.
• Identify churn risks and apply retention strategies to secure loyalty.
• Promote platform features and upsell relevant services when appropriate.
• Handle objections and turn negative experiences into commercial opportunities.
• Deliver a premium customer journey that increases engagement and revenue.
• Capture insights and feedback to continuously improve retention tactics.

Required profile

• Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level).
• Experience in customer service, retention, or sales is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on results and KPIs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, digital environment.
