Sales & Retention Specialist (French/English) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Sales and Retention Specialist to join our high‑performing team supporting a global digital brand. Working fully remote from anywhere in Portugal, you will combine customer experience expertise with a commercial mindset to drive loyalty, reduce churn and increase revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Engage French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat with a sales‑focused approach.
• Identify churn risks and apply targeted retention strategies.
• Promote platform features and upsell relevant services when appropriate.
• Handle objections, turning negative experiences into commercial opportunities.
• Deliver a premium customer journey that boosts engagement and revenue.
• Capture insights and feedback to continuously improve retention tactics.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (C1/C2 level).
• Experience in customer service, retention or sales is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on results and KPIs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, digital environment.
