About the role

RateHawk, a leading travel‑tech brand, is looking for a highly analytical Sales Operations Manager to drive commercial performance, sales efficiency and operational excellence across its global commercial organization. The role is remote and reports to the Commercial Strategy & Transformation Director while supporting senior regional leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve target‑setting and quota allocation processes across regions, ensuring data‑driven, achievable targets.
  • Monitor commercial performance and manage the bonus calculation process, including quota tracking, incentive calculations and coordination with HR and payroll.
  • Drive pipeline management excellence by overseeing pipeline hygiene, conversion dynamics and sales process adherence.
  • Track adoption of commercial playbooks and operational processes, ensuring alignment with best‑practice standards.
  • Develop ROI and productivity models to analyse salesforce efficiency and profitability at regional and individual levels.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards and performance analyses using HubSpot and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Support Regional Directors and senior leadership with ad‑hoc business analysis, commercial insights and performance reporting for sales campaigns and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales operations, commercial performance management or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong business orientation with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial strategies.
  • Experience working with regional sales teams and senior leadership in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with HR, payroll and finance functions.
  • Ability to design, maintain and present dashboards and analytical reports.
