Sales Executive – ERP Solutions

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new business and expand existing accounts for our ERP solutions. You will work closely with presales, solution experts and channel partners to deliver end‑to‑end SAP implementation proposals and close deals across multiple industries.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling and leveraging existing relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, promoting additional solutions.
- Coordinate appointments, communications and follow‑ups with clients and business partners.
- Develop tailored SAP implementation proposals and lead negotiations to finalise contracts.
- Collaborate with presales, solution sales, industry experts, channel partners and other stakeholders during deal execution.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events to generate leads.
- Collect and share customer and market insights to influence product and service development.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the ERP sector (SAP or similar).
- Strong knowledge of ERP market and processes in Consumer and Services industries.
- Sales‑driven mindset with a passion for structured, process‑oriented pitches.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; German is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Interactive personality, team‑player attitude and problem‑solving spirit.
