Revamping Engineer

About the role

Renvolt is seeking a Revamping Engineer to drive performance optimisation across its solar and storage assets. The role blends technical and financial analysis with solution design and project execution support, contributing to sales and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse technical and financial performance of assets to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Conduct cost‑benefit analyses to support investment decisions.
• Define detailed technical solutions and execution strategies in coordination with engineering teams.
• Develop and validate project documentation and engineering deliverables for revamping projects.
• Manage the interface between O&M and engineering during project conception and execution.
• Support sales and bidding teams by identifying target clients, preparing technical proposals, and estimating planning, engineering and execution costs.
• Assist commercial teams during negotiations with potential customers.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Renewable Energy, Computer Science or Data Science (Master’s degree is a plus).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in renewable energy, construction, O&M or asset revamping.
• Knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems and Solar PV installations.
• Familiarity with simulation tools and financial modelling.
