About the role

Centauro Rent a Car is seeking a proactive Rental Agent to join its team at Lisbon Airport. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the first point of contact for both national and international customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant car‑rental experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
• Manage bookings and prepare rental contracts for the vehicle fleet.
• Advise customers and sell additional products that match their needs.
• Handle invoicing, payments, and related financial transactions.
• Oversee vehicle check‑in and check‑out procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service and sales.
• Advanced level of English.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, five days a week, Monday to Sunday.
• Valid driving licence.

• Fixed salary plus incentives and commissions, total gross compensation between €1,200 and €1,500 per month.
