Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, helping them via phone and live chat to resolve issues, track orders, and answer product questions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document every interaction accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar tools).
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM platforms.
