Reliability Engineer

About the role

Versigent is looking for a Reliability Engineer to support the development and release of high‑voltage electrical distribution equipment. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure new products meet reliability standards and are ready for verification.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute new equipment releases requested by the Mechanical Engineering team.
• Perform Component Risk Assessment (CRA) studies for new business lines and engineering change requests.
• Run surveillance routines and follow‑up with relevant stakeholders.
• Release specifications for new equipment (ROB/Assembly).
• Participate in problem‑solving activities and Engineering Change Notice reviews.
• Collaborate with local Process and MEC teams on process improvements.
• Maintain and standardise CRA documentation across sites.
• Develop reliability tools for the High Voltage business.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Materials, Physics, Chemical, Industrial or related).
• Experience in an industrial environment such as food, chemical, automotive or textile.
• Strong statistical analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and measurement system evaluation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English; French is a plus.
