Relationship Manager Assistant Trainee

About the role

As a Front‑Support Trainee you will work closely with Swiss Relationship Managers (RMs) and their clients, providing professional administrative and operational support. You will handle client requests, market Reception and Transmission Orders (RTO), and MyWealth E‑Banking queries while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process loan creation, renewals and KYC data entry in the workflow system.
• Verify and execute payments, manage account closures, securities‑in/out transfers and balance transactions.
• Accept, input and validate RTO orders, perform post‑execution checks and confirm executions to clients/RMs.
• Operate the MyWealth E‑Banking helpline and support mailbox, resolve issues and coordinate with specialist teams.
• Handle the FMS fraud‑activity tool and contribute to MyWealth project initiatives and system tests.
• Interact with life insurance and broker technical accounts, manage their lifecycle and update KYC documentation.
• Apply the bank’s code of conduct, flag non‑compliant transactions and support control monitoring.
• Provide backup to team members, share knowledge and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Fluent English with strong client focus and service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel administrative requests accurately.
• Commitment to timely responses, agility and continuous improvement.
• Client‑centric mindset with analytical rigor and collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MyWealth E‑Banking platform.
• Experience using the FMS fraud‑activity tool.
• Familiarity with the bank’s workflow system for KYC and loan processing.
