Recruiter with Dutch in Lisbon or Porto

About the role

This position supports a project delivering high‑quality recruitment and talent‑acquisition services for international clients in the German‑ and Dutch‑speaking markets. Working from our Lisbon or Porto office, you will identify, attract and hire top talent across various industries while ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Attract candidates through databases, social media and other channels.
• Conduct interviews to assess knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Collaborate with department managers to validate hiring information.
• Prepare and onboard new employees for full integration.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Create, update and maintain analytical reports and recruitment databases.

Required profile

• High level of Dutch (C2) and very good English (minimum B2).
• Proven experience in recruitment.
• Strong organisational, communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes, assessments and follow‑up.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• EU citizenship or full working rights in Portugal.
