Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for tech positions, from sourcing to placement.
• Meet and exceed transparent KPIs and targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with international clients and candidates.
• Drive revenue through high‑value placements and commission.
• Participate in structured training and leadership development programs.

Required profile

• Agency recruitment experience of 9 months to 5 years (Recruitment Consultant, IT Recruiter, Junior Recruiter, etc.).
• Strong orientation to KPIs, targets and performance‑driven environments.
• Ambitious, results‑focused and eager to progress quickly.
• EU passport holder willing to relocate to Malta.
