Python Developer – AI Innovation Team

About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer (Python) to join our AI Innovation Team at Inetum. The role focuses on designing, developing and maintaining scalable Python applications that support our AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and maintainable Python applications.
• Contribute to software architecture and technical design discussions.
• Write clean, well‑tested, and documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and promote high engineering standards.
• Integrate, test, debug, and maintain applications across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience developing Python applications.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms and design patterns.

Required skills

• Python programming language.
• Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Design and consumption of REST APIs.
• Version control with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Unit and integration testing practices.
