Project Manager (IT Projects)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead IT and digital solution projects, working closely with internal teams and C‑level client stakeholders. The role combines strategic planning, agile and waterfall delivery, and hands‑on coordination to ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain comprehensive project plans in collaboration with internal and client teams.
• Manage project execution using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with C‑level stakeholders, providing regular status updates and risk mitigation strategies.
• Systematize client solutions and oversee their implementation across technical teams.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence and Atlas to track progress and facilitate communication.
• Prioritize tasks, conduct analysis, and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT projects.
• Proven ability to work with C‑level stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational, autonomous and proactive work style.
• Excellent English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
