Project Manager (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is fluent in French to join our team in Portugal. You will lead IT and cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close projects using PMP or Prince2 methodologies.
• Manage project risks, issues and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure projects meet defined scope, budget, timeline and quality criteria.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Provide regular status reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or cybersecurity.
• Fluent in English and French (C1 level or higher).
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese, EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
• Strong risk‑management and stakeholder‑communication abilities.

Required skills

• PMP or Prince2 project‑management methodology.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST SP800‑x.
• Professional certifications like CISSP or CISA (nice to have).
