About the role
GBT Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to join its Brussels office and support the final development and launch of a NATO‑aligned data repository. The role starts by assisting the Lead Project Manager and evolves into full ownership of day‑to‑day project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Lead Project Manager during the pre‑launch phase, coordinating development teams and stakeholders.
- Track timelines, deliverables, risks and dependencies up to launch.
- After launch, manage scheduling, documentation, issue tracking and continuous improvement.
- Prepare onboarding packages, run webinars for 32 Allied users and coordinate account creation with NATO technical services.
- Maintain regular coordination meetings with internal teams, contractors and external providers such as EuRepoC and SITCEN.
- Prepare briefing notes, slide decks, speaking points and demonstration materials for senior management.
- Handle funding documentation, financial tracking and liaison with budget officers.
- Develop proposals for repository evolution, capture lessons learned and support data processing workflows.
Required profile
- Proven project‑management experience in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Ability to translate technical issues into policy‑friendly language and brief senior leaders clearly.
- Excellent written and oral English.
- Experience with NATO structures, digital platforms or cyber‑defence environments is a plus.
